Forged AI llc · Last updated September 27, 2026
Everything you're agreeing to, and how we look after your data and your money, in one place. Each policy is also available on its own page.
Privacy Policy
Open Privacy Policy pageThis Privacy Policy explains how Forged AI llc ("Noodle", "we", "us") handles your personal data when you use forged-ideas.ai and the Noodle app. Forged AI llc is the data controller for this data. If you have a privacy question, email forge.ai.llc@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, display name and login credentials.
- Your invention content — the ideas, descriptions, designs, CAD concepts, research and concept packs you create, and the messages you exchange with Noodle, our AI coach.
- Team room messages — messages you post in a product's team chat, which are visible to that product's team members.
- Support data — questions and messages you send us through the Help page or by email.
- Usage data — which features you use and how credits are consumed, so we can run your plan's limits and improve the product.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and log data needed to operate and secure the service.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, so payment card details go to Paddle, not to us. We receive records of your purchases and plan status.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To provide the service — creating your account, saving your work, running AI features, enforcing plan and credit limits. Basis: performing our contract with you.
- To support you — answering questions and handling refund or account requests. Basis: contract, and legitimate interests in helping our customers.
- To keep the service safe — fraud prevention, abuse detection and security. Basis: legitimate interests.
- To improve Noodle — understanding how features are used. Basis: legitimate interests.
- To send service emails — verification, password resets, team invites and receipts. Basis: contract.
- Marketing emails — only where you've opted in. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw any time.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with companies that help us run Noodle:
- Service providers (subprocessors) — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, the AI providers that power Noodle, the web search provider used for market research, and error monitoring.
- Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the sale of subscriptions and credit packs, payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — lawyers and accountants, where needed.
- Authorities — where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your home country, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer for legal, tax or security reasons.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to our use of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. If a US state privacy law applies to you, you may have rights to know, delete and correct — note that we don't sell or share personal data for targeted advertising.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege access to production data.
Cookies and local storage
Noodle uses only essential storage: a session cookie and browser local storage keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there's no consent banner to click through.
Children
Noodle isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our data practices change, and note the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app or by email.
Refund Policy
Open Refund Policy pageWe want you to feel good about paying for Noodle, so our refund promise is simple. This policy is between you and Forged AI llc, and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
When you can get a full refund
You can request a full refund of any subscription payment or credit pack if either of these is true:
- you ask within 3 days of the purchase date; or
- you haven't used a single credit since paying — any time, no deadline.
We don't add any other conditions beyond those two.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, access to paid features is switched off straight away, the subscription is cancelled, and any purchased credit balance is removed. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
The fastest way is through Paddle, our payment provider: go to paddle.net and look up your Noodle receipt. You can also email us at forge.ai.llc@gmail.com or use the Help page inside the app, and we'll take care of it. Either way, the refund itself is issued by Paddle.
Questions
If something isn't clear, or you think a refund should apply to you and doesn't fit neatly into the two cases above, contact us anyway — we'd rather make it right than argue the fine print.
Use Agreement (Terms of Service)
Open Terms of Service pageThese Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Forged AI llc ("Noodle", "we", "us"), the company that owns and operates the Noodle service. When you create an account or use Noodle, you're contracting with Forged AI llc — not with any other company.
1. By using Noodle, you agree to these Terms
If you create an account or keep using the service, you accept these Terms. If you're signing up for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you're signing up for yourself, you confirm you're old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
2. What Noodle does
Noodle is a guided, AI-assisted studio that helps inventors take a product idea — from a rough concept through validation, design, CAD concepts, circuitry suggestions, manufacturing research and an investor-ready concept pack. Noodle, our AI coach, produces drafts, suggestions and research to help you move faster. Everything it produces is a starting point for you to review and refine — it is not a finished, certified product design.
3. Your account
Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. Keep the information on your account accurate and up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Noodle. That means you won't:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfere with the service's security — no malware, no probing or scanning, no scraping, and no trying to get around usage limits or access other people's data;
- reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access to it, or use it to build a competing product.
5. AI-generated content
Noodle is built on generative AI, so a few extra rules apply:
- Prohibited content. Don't use Noodle to create illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, malware, or to try to jailbreak or manipulate the underlying AI models.
- You're responsible for your prompts and how you use outputs. You're responsible for what you type in, what you do with what Noodle produces, verifying that outputs are accurate before you rely on them, and having the rights to any material you upload.
- Ownership. You own what you upload. To the extent we can grant it under applicable law, you own the outputs Noodle generates for you. We may use de-identified usage data to improve the service.
- Report a problem. If AI-generated content on Noodle infringes your rights, email us at forge.ai.llc@gmail.com with the details and we'll investigate and remove content where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights may be suspended.
- Moderation. We can remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
- Accuracy. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. They're not suitable for regulated professional advice — legal, financial, medical, engineering certification — without review by a qualified professional. Guidance on our Patent Help pages is general information about how patents work in the United States, not legal advice.
6. Our intellectual property
Forged AI llc owns the Noodle service, including the software, documentation, design, and the Noodle name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you've selected, for as long as your account is in good standing. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the service to you.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Noodle running, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, AI models and credit mechanics may change as the product improves.
8. Payment, subscriptions and credits
Paid plans and credit packs are described on our pricing page. Daily and monthly credit allowances reset on the schedule shown in your account, and credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and credit packs are handled by our payment provider — see sections 9 and 10 below, and our Refund Policy.
9. Our order process is handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For the details of how payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds work, see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Noodle and cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, don't pay what you owe, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If we do, we'll tell you why where we reasonably can.
When your account ends, your access stops. We'll keep your ideas and content available for export for 30 days on request, after which we delete them in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Noodle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Forged AI llc's total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses like lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law doesn't allow that. You agree to cover us for claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. When the changes are significant, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Keeping using Noodle after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
